By scheduling any of our individual services, you agree to the following terms:

Reservation Payment

  • To confirm your appointment, a USD 50 deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • This deposit is non‑refundable under any circumstances.

Nature of the Deposit

  • The USD 50 payment is an advance toward the final estimated service fee and does not represent the total cost.
  • The total amount will be determined after reviewing your case, and a detailed estimate will be sent to you before the service is rendered.

No‑Show Policy

  • A “no‑show” is defined as failing to arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment start time.
  • In the event of a no‑show, you forfeit the USD 50 deposit and must rebook with a new payment if you wish to reschedule.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

  • You may request a change of date or time up to 24 hours before your appointment, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling requests are subject to approval and do not guarantee a refund or credit of the deposit unless made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be treated as a no‑show.

Appointment Confirmation

  • Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details and, if applicable, the session link or dial‑in information.
  • Please save this email as it serves as your proof of payment and booking.

Limitation of Liability

  • The deposit covers only the reservation of time and does not guarantee specific tax outcomes or savings; any estimate is based solely on the information you provide.
  • We are not responsible for delays or limitations beyond our control (e.g., system outages, connection problems, missing documentation, etc.).

Data Protection

  • All information you share with us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for the provision of the contracted services.

By completing the USD 50 payment and scheduling your appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
